Requirements
1. Rent must be paid, in full, on or before the rent due date as indicated by your lease.
2. No credit will be received for any month that the rent is not paid as indicated above.
3. $10 ”On-time” credit for each month rent is paid as indicated by #1. (You will receive an annual statement reflecting your activity.)
4. “On-time” credits can be used only toward down payment of any house purchase at actual closing. “On-time” credits are NOT redeemable for cash.
5. House must be purchased through Michael Mitchiner as Real Estate Agent.
6. The home can be the one you are living in.
7. The home can be any home for sale on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
8. The home can be any home you may have built.
9. A resident must have participated in the Future Home Buyers Program for a minimum of 12 months (at the time of closing).
10. If rent is not paid on or before the due date more than 3 times in any 12 month period you will be removed from the program. All credits earned to date will be forfeited.
11. “On-time” credits will be used for damages and repairs if there are damages exceeding your security deposit at the time you move out.
12. If you are no longer our tenant but left in good standing & meet all other requirements, the “on-time” credits will be available for 3 years after lease termination. |
