1. Advertise the vacancy

3. Screen the tenants.
4. Sign the lease with tenant.
5. Maintain the security deposit.
6. Collect the monthly rent.
7. Deposit/Mail owner a monthly/quarterly check.
8. Complete the periodic inspections of property.
9. Complete or arrange for completion of minor repairs needed.
10.Notify owner of any major repairs needed.
11. Get the grass mowed, if necessary.
Any needed repairs will be identified to the Owner.
